You Shouldn't lose any files, to be safe, Backup your files to a CD and migrate them to the other computer. You can use a usb Drive or even a MP3 Player that has a disk in it

If the loading fails with an error message, try hitting F8 before the windows logo appears and from there Select "Safe Mode". If it works like that, one you're logged in Windows, perform a System Restore to an earlier point in time (when the computer worked).

Yes, you should be able to.

Restart your computer and then press and hold F8 keys until you get Advanced Options menu screen.Use the arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, and then press Enter, your computer will boot automatically to safe mode.If you able to start in the safe mode then Scan your computer for viruses. Some viruses can cause a black Screen , especially ones that infect the master boot record (MBR) or boot sector.- Update drivers for your hardware. black Screens are hardware or driver related so updated drivers could fix the cause of the STOP error.- Check for registry issuesIf it didn't helps you then simply get the system utility program like PC Fresher that will fix windows errors that cause of black screen screen

You will need either a USB to DVI adapter or a dual DVI port graphics card. If you don't hae DVI ports on the monitors, you need VGA adapters.

On my shuttle, there is a combination of button to turn the screen 90 degrees to the left or right. Something Like CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow or CTRL + SHIFT + arrow or ALT + SHIFT + Arrow , to rotate to different angle , also there are Viewing options in your display drivers. In the ATI control panel, there is a tab rotation to rotate the desktop 90 degrees to the right or left or 180 °

Try this.
