If the loading fails with an error message, try hitting F8 before the windows logo appears and from there Select "Safe Mode". If it works like that, one you're logged in Windows, perform a System Restore to an earlier point in time (when the computer worked).

This is the rear fanReplacing a Hard Drive Fan
- Follow the procedures in Before You Begin.
- Remove the computer cover (see Removing the Computer Cover).
- Remove the hard drive (see Removing a Hard Drive).
- Turn the hard drive upside down, so that the hard drive fan is visible in the bottom of the drive bracket.
- To remove the hard drive fan:
- Lift the release tab on the back panel of the fan.
- Rotate the fan in the opposite direction from that indicated by the arrow on the back panel of the fan.
- Lift to remove the fan and its back panel from the hard drive bracket.
Replacing a Hard Drive Fan
- Follow the instructions in Before You Begin.
- Remove the hard drive (see Hard Drive).
- Remove the hard drive fan:
- Remove the screw that secures the fan release tab to the hard drive bracket.
- Press down on the fan release tab, and then slide the fan towards the front of the computer so that its side tabs are free of the corresponding slots in the hard drive bracket.
- Lift to remove the fan from the hard drive bracket.
- Unplug the fan.
Reset media disconnected

ATI control panel, there is a tab rotation to rotate the desktop 90
degrees to the right or left or 180 °

How i have dell desktop optiplex 755, which
go to c drive and look for folder called documents and settings inside you will find all the old users from your old windows. in each user file there are more folders one for documents,favorites,music,videos. copy the contents to your new document folder or make a new folder and put all the stuff in it.
