Sometimes a little piece of debris such as a toothpick, chicken bone, etc. can get past the screen and make it into the pump. The wash arm pulls right off and the part holding the screen can be remove with a twist. remove the screen and then you will see the impellar in the pump whee the debris is at. Hope this helps.

Not to degrade your question in any way but unplug it let it sit for a couple of minutes then plug back in. will reset the cpu.
plug is under the counter somewhere usually under the sink.

First, confirm that the display is working. If the display is still working, try pressing some of the touch-pad buttons. The timer controls the electro-mechanical components in the dishwasher such as the wash pump, drain pump, inlet water valve and heating element. The timer also advances the control knob on the control panel. Replace the timer if it fails to start and stop the components properly or fails to advance the control knob.
