you cant download a motheboard but you can download the drivers for itbut because there are many drivers on a motherboard trying to find them individually will take a long time click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you could see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X

you will need to update/reinstall drivers

make sure the battery is good ((has full charge))also you might test the usb device for the mouse is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable)
or if its a lead make sure its securely seated with no dust in its connection
make sure the lead for the keyboard has a secure seating if applicable or the usb device

if its a driver issue you will not be able to see the problem if you cant your mouse working or you have no screen

test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) Sata make sure they have a secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty ?

even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause this problem

a computer needs all of the data and electrical current to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust in its socket

if you physically remove your graphics to check the socket card restart your computer this should activate found new hardware wizard

why only the one speaker is it the plug or the sound driver or you might need to select the right speakers throught your speakers settings if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers make sure you have selected the (((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there also click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar you might have check the back of the input plug to make sure there is no dust built up on and aroun it also check the sound card for the samehope this helps

Your board is mainly Intel with 945GC and ICH7 chipsets. Video is GMA950, and sound is Realtek ALC888. I looked at Gigabytes site and they did ot have as many downloads as Intel so I would try here;

Its very possible that it is a RAM issue, try running with only one RAM stick, reseating the RAM and identifying if any is faulty.
