Problem connecting to router
Log into the Belkin router and make sure that the DHCP services are running. If it is, and you still are not getting addresses, perform a factory reset of the router. There is a link in the web management console to do this.

A200 DISC DRIVE NOT WORKING
This problem could be more than a software conflict. When inserting a disc, does it spin up at all? If it doesnt the motor could be burnt out. Sometimes even if it does, the lens could be burnt out.I would suggest for one, removing iTunes to see if that is the real issue. If so post again with a little more information and results.Like you already heard it could be because i programs registry entry was not removed when the program was. For that i would suggest reading though this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929461

For how much cost do i get a new lcd screen for
depends on laptop and size, probably pick a new one up on ebay for $100-$175 if you like ebay. they aren't all that expensive as long as you are looking in the right places. Toshiba will likely charge 2 -3x as much. You just havve to be willing to take out the old one and put in the new one. Good Luck

Powering on takes a long time
The new AVG is most likely the culprit. It seriously slows down startup times. The old one was better but its not recommended to go back. I would definately remove AVG and replace it with Avira AntiVir.
Please vote if this helps.

The 'Fn' key doesn't seem to work anymore. Need to brighhten my screen
go into the bios ( F2 or Delete or which ever key it states when the computer starts up to get into the bios )
Ensure that the FN key is not disabled in the bios, if it is re enable it and try it again.
Otherwise I would call toshiba and see if the warranty covers it still if not you may have to get them to repair it or call around laptop shops to get them to look at it - may require to replace the keyboard .

Error code 3102ED-14-00000000
The problem may occur when a temprary file "TempFile.tdi" already existed.
Try once more after removing the file or changing temporary folder.

Bios Pasword
Unfortunately, if you can't remember your bios password you'll have to reset the CMOS. This is usually done via a jumper on your laptops motherboard itself, or removing the battery on the motherboard while the laptop is unplugged and the main battery is taken out. Be very careful when opening up your laptop, make sure all the screws needed are removed, as they are easy to miss. If you don't feel comfortable opening up your laptop, I would recommend taking it to a certified technician.

Toshiba satellite a200 not booging
The problem is not with the power supply or the power adapter. The problem is the hard drive of the computer itself. The hard drive could be corrupted and needs a reformat.
You have to reformat your hard drive as soon as possible so that you could still save it. The common cause of of corruption is virus.

That could possible mean that your processor or memory is going bad. You may want to take it somewhere local for diagnostics then theyll be able to sell you what you need as well if its the memory.
Hope this helps, if you need anything else please comment back and feel free to leave positive feedback :)
