daft question but is wireless enabled? Usually an awkward switch on the front that gets caught and knocked off! Once spent two hours working on that on on a sony Vaio!

you need to install network contoller driver
insert your cd driver
at device manager, right click at yellow sign then chose update driver
follow the instruction until finish and yellow sign disappear
try to connect to network

Check the light on the AC adaptor when plugged in to the laptop. If it is flashing, it indicates that the power is being "spat back". That is, not completing the circuit. Means that you have a fault in the charging circuit. I'd check for burning around the contacts where the DC port was soldered onto the board / or if the plug type, check the socket on the mobo is not damaged and is firmly soldered on.

After that, (if not already done) check the output voltage of the adaptor with a multimeter, might be a simple failure of the ac adaptor, even though it looks ok

if u have windows 7 then it is not hard to install u have to just follow the instructions

If key(s) on your keyboard stopped working without making any hardware or software changes, then there is a definite need for the whole keyboard to be replaced.

while the computer is off use compress air and spray it into the ventilation area where the fan is that stopped working. hopefully this will free the dust to hopefully get the fan to start moving again.
If the compressed air does not work, you will have to replace the fan.

Reset ACER Aspire 3610 BIOS Password - Only 8 Steps

First plug in the Notebook to a power socket with your adapter. Power on the Notebook and you will see the Acer splash screen. Immediately press ALT and keep tapping F10 at the same time. It will take you to a screen where you will see "windows is loading files" or "starting acer recovery" it will ask you, how do you want to restore?" choose the option "restore to factory default" and click continue. It will go through the restore process and within 15 - 20 minutes it should finish the process. Your Notebook will be back to factory default settings.

if you can't find the suyin nb cam on drive C please try to search for it
by going to:
1)My Computer/Computer and click on search
2)at the left panel look for all files/folder and click it
3) look for a space wherein you can type suyin nb and hit on search(make sure to set up the drop down on My Computer/Computer mode before hititng on search).

if nothing has been found please go to Acer website to download the suyin nb cam:
1:) go to www.acer.com(home page)
2.) choose your country and it will direct you to another page
3.)please try to look for the link Drivers and Download found on the lower right hand of the page
4.)after clicking the link it will direct you to a page asking you to select Product Family, please choose notebook and then the Select Product Line and choose Aspire, again another category Select Product Model and choose Aspire 4315
5)at the buttom it should show you the downloadable drivers and just click on the link of the driver needed w/c is suyin nb cam...just download it on your desktop or browse and download it on any preferred drive or location.
6.)after download try to run it or open it(normally there will be an icon to make it easier to open or run the file downloaded)

You don't.

You setup an SSID on a wireless router (along with password and 'WPA' encryption-level).

Then, on the notebook, you select that SSID, and enter the password, to connect (wirelessly) to the router.

u check the fues inverter if inverter is ok u check fues near the main board cable jeck

This may be worth a go long shot but hey why not have a look
if you can get onto windows desktop and see everything ok
go down to ur task bar right click in it and go to task manager
then go to process's
have a look in there to see if there is something called
whitescreen exe
apparently it was said that a virus was doing the rounds
and if its in there
disable it
and then find it and delete it

try to reinstall the webcam drivers if shows any error then un instll the webcam driver and reinstall the driver once again.even though the webcam is not working then it is the problem with the cable or camera so you have to consult hardware technition

You are very unlikely to find that sort of information. This white screen is a common problen with this PC and is usually due to a loose connection of the LCD connector at the motherboard. Try pulling this connector out and reseating it.

This sounds awful, but a friend just had the same problem - no bootable device. He had dropped it, hitting keyboard first. Now he thumped it on the opposite side and IT WORKED! Must have been a loose connector

What is happening to your laptop is the power line connecting a row of pixels is failing so only partial colors are showing up causing the vertical white line. Usually screen replacement is the only answer to fix it.
