easy way.... go to internet options and restore it all to default, and set security to med. apply and test.harder way... update ALL LAN and network/internet related drivers, then disable them. then re-enable them, then restart computer.if none of these works you do have a hardware issue cuz thats covers all the soft ware issues possible except maybe a virus, but u did a clean install so.... probly not you can get to the drivers from computer management

use the software diagnostic coming with DELL, this will indicate you if the keyboard is faulty. or the driver is corrupted. You need to uninstall and install the new driver update.God bless you

Hit the 'print screen' button on your keyboard. That puts it on your clipboard. Open your photo editor (at worst, MS Paint) and edit>paste as new image. Alt+print screen just copies the foreground window.

Uhhhh. ummmmm... uhh. i'm assuming (from the broken english sentence with no info) that you mean the CD/DVD drive door. There is a little hole on that drive ((on the front part)) that a paperclip fits prefect. Put that in there and push hard. It will force the CD door open enuff for you to pull it open so you can take out or put in another CD/DVD. If that continues, buy a new CD palyer from Amazon or Ebay. they are very inexpensive, and those Cd/DVD drives do go out as one of the first things so its no big deal. Hope this helped you.
