you are the only that can answer that, I don't know your skills, knowledge or you tools.. If you proceed take pictures of everything as it comes apart (more than one) Use sandwich or zip lock bags and place screws etc that came off in separate bags, place label of location in each bags.

In the bottom off the oven you have temp sensor with heating element ,99% off the time this go bad ,all the best.

The GE Profile, PGS950SEF3SS, has a convection oven. To set the time, press and hold both the 9 and 0 key pads for 3+ seconds. Then type in the current time with two digits for both the hour and minutes. (The range uses a 12-hour clock, in the US, but doesn't display AM or PM.) Press Start to save the time. This information is in the manual on pages 12-13. Page 12 has a picture of the control panel. Page 13 has the procedure to set the clock as item 7. Check that 220 volts is getting to Stove. Check cord where it attaches to stove for loose or burnt connection. Could be stove fuse if it has one.

See POWER CONTROL BOARD YOU ARE MOST LIKELY looking at a bad connection or a cold SOLDER-JOINT (a sophisticated name for another type of BAD CONNECTION). A well trained REPAIR PERSON COULD find the fault and clean & solder it again... (worse... FIX it with the mere touch it with an iron). The control panel is likely suffering from a bad contact or solder. Often this can mean its time for a new stove. Some panels can be repaired but not often. Or it could be the temp sensor. Either way a repair person will have to troubleshoot. This is not a "pop the thijg and flick that" type of repair.

If the igniter is glowing, it sounds like you have which is called a HSI ignition system. In most cases, if the igniter fails , it is good practice to change the burner and gas valve at the same time. Over a period of time, the HSI burns away part of the burner and you get poor or erratic ignition.

No MODEL NUMBER mandates GUESSING: Just from what you describe I would hazard a GUESS that your main heating ELEMENT has broken... I had a similar situation... and felt the element for HEAT (VERY bad idea)... I managed to go right across the fracture line and got a VERY PAINFUL electric shock: Much smarter to use a "volt-ohm" meter to check for VOLTAGE present (or OHMs: continuity = good element ). Most likely a control panel failure

If you have power in your receptacle your stove is plugged in then you have a stove problem. If you have no power in your electrical box then it has nothing to do with your range.You could try to take a good extension cord and plug your range into a hot plug in.

Check if door is latching.

if the foil melted to bottom no solvent will undo something thats welded to another metal
