Water is not drained completely

assuming this has long since been dealt with, but if its not in the rubber gasket at the front of the machine, take off the bottom panel at the front, there is a small pump there that drains the unit. It may be trapped in there. You can use pliers or vice grips to remove the couplers holding the hoses on and a screwdriver to remove it.

Replace the failed bearing at the rear.

Try pressing and holding the Delay Start button for ~3 seconds. The 'loc' indicator should go out. If you hold the button for too long, then the lock could toggle back on. If the problem persists, you may have an issue with the keypad on the dishwasher. I hope this helps. If you house water pressure seems normal check the following pressure switch, lid switch and the water inlet valve. Also check for any blockages in the water lines check the water screen where the water lines hook into the wash clean screen with toothbrush and soap .
