Hi, yes sure you can. Just be sure when disassembling to make notes where necessary to keep track of where parts go-and when you get to the lamps ( either under or in back of the meters-use a volt/ohm meter to measure to voltage so you know the size to replace them with ie.. a 6 volt or 12volt. be careful when powering on a disassembled unit ( no parts touching each other, touching a metal part of cabinet) and if you want you can wrap some electricians tape around loose or exposed parts for safety. Good luck, I hope this was of some help and thanks for choosing FixYa. Prodzilla

The pb180 has High Input receptacles on the back end. They are marked High Input and identified as Channels 1&2 left/right, and channels 3&4 left/right. You will need to identify all speaker wires coming from your head unit ( left front +&--) , and so on. You will be sending the speaker wires from the head unit to the pb180's High Inputs. In other words, the front left speaker wires(+&-) from the head unit will go to the High Input Channels 1&2 side, left input of the pb180, and so on, so the speaker wires coming out of the head unit will need to be cut. And LABEL all sets of speaker wires before you cut them! Then on the OUTPUT end of the pb180, you will be sending the wires back to the the respective speaker wires which are going to the speakers. So it's out from head unit to pb180 and out from pb180 to speakers.
Hopefully you have the plugs that Pyramid uses for the speaker wire inputs to the amp. If not you have to get creative, and make up terminals to fit into the input receptacles. Maybe a wire terminal from Radio shack will fit those pins..
Also, if you go on line: Google search "Pyramid auto amps" and click on "SEARCH" (upper right hand) of their Web Page. Plug in your model number like this, pb180, and you'll be able to download the manual for this amp. The manual has a full description of the wiring options.

Hope this was helpful and Good Luck!

Check the connections you have made properly or not, after that if there is no sound coming then maybe your subwoofer has defected and also check the subwoofer its wire are connected to the coil or not.

If your sound cuts off, the problem is usually in the stereo wiring. ... When a power or ground connection is loose can cause a connection to break or short.

Wireless devices with Bluetooth radios must be "paired" with each other before they can communicate. This involves making them discoverable and potentially entering a PIN.

The pairing process works with "Bluetooth profiles," and each device has to be compatible. For example, you can only pair a mouse or keyboard with a device that's been designed to work with that type of accessory.

That device uses an electronic oscillator and it may be that one or more components inside it are failing. Unless you have special tools and knowledge, there is nothing you can do to repair it

Picture dvds are read with different software than that required to play movies. Make sure that you actually have dvd player software installed on your system, like WindDVD or Power DVD. See this link for a few.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

It sounds to me like an audio enhancement filter is malfunctioning. The pure direct on / off is a sound filter to alter the sound performance of the receiver. There is a rare possibility that there is something wrong with one of your speakers- causing certain circuits in the receiver to malfunction. A way to check for this is to connect only one speaker and an audio source. test each channel first(without pure direct) by connecting the speaker to a channel and then disconnecting it, and connecting it to a different channel repetedly, until you have gone through all of the channels. If you really wanted to pinpoint such an anomaly, then you would need to do it with every speaker through all of the channels to make cetain that this is not the case. But then again this is not very likely. I would personally just use the mode that seems to work, because something is obviously malfunctioning, or possibly burned out. And repairing it is most likely costly! I hope that you can get something out of my answer! sorry! Good Luck!

In many cases, premature shutoff of your unit can be caused by a problem with the speaker wiring between the receiver and speakers. A single strand of wire in the wrong place (causing a short circuit condition) will cause the unit to shut off at anything but very low volume levels.
