My
apologies if this message finds you long after posting this problem ,
but I am currently working through a backlog of problems that never got
answered and hopefully this info can still be of use if not now possibly
in future.
Please download Disc Digger HERE.
This is a free tool you can use that works very well and there is no
installation required, just run the program once you downloaded it.
Once
you have connected the memory disk / hdd to the computer , run the program.
On
the program , select the dig deep option for accidentally deleted files
or dig deeper for a formatted drive. Then select the disk you want to do
the recovery on and run the program.
The data will be displayed
and you can recover it from there. This will only work if the card has
not been used since the data was lost. Save the files to a location
on the computer hard drive and not back to the disk it is recovering from as this will
overwrite the other pictures that still needs to be recovered.
Some of the properties of the files may become lost in the recovery but the pictures should be fine.
You will also only be able to recover certain file types using this method.

Card proection?
It meand that the protection of whatever is on your card is activated. Somewhere on the cars will be a small, sometimes a very small switch which you flick across and this stops anything , camera or computer writing to the card. It.s not an electrical switch but just piece of plastic which will block a hole somewhere on the card. Similar to the old 3.5 floppy disk. If the hole is blocked it's protected and if the hole is open you can write to it. Look very closely at the card and you'll spot it. Whatever position it's in, switch it to the opposite direction and the protection warning should vanish.

No sound on my 7.1 mp camera!

Digital concepts digital camera
This camera is compatible with vista and you dont need any software for this camera to work on vista, its plug in play device. When you connect the camera to your computer it should show up as removable disc under my computer. If its not showing up please try connecting the camera into different usb port and make sure your laptop is fully charged.It will work.
Audio on concepts digital 7.1mp camera
Try accessing the setup menu, options, or menu screens. There may be a mode on the selection dial, or it may be accessible through the video mode.
The camera also may not have audio capabilities.
Can't take pictures.
hi...have u tried removing the lock with the software
or else do try slide lock swith to remove the write protection....assuming that uv tried this...u might as well try another card.

Lost Disk
Through the software disc you can transfer the pictures and edit the pictures . Actually This camera is plug in play device, so when you connect the camera to your computer it will show up as removable disc and this way you transfer the pictures to you computer. So you dont need to have software for this.
And the software is not available online, If still you want the software please call the manufacturer and the # is 877 397 8200
