18-55mm lens lid cover

With my Canon EOS digital rebel xti i have the
I think it got exposure problem so need to adjsuted exposure and shutter speed or need to replace either top cover or finder unit i recommend to repaire with canon authorised centrre only.
How do you take inside photos with out a flash and
take the unit out into as bright a daylight as you can - the bottom line is you need light, hence flash or you need to take a longer exposure than you can hold - hence tripod - not having either of these means you need to get light into the speaker box
You could try household lamps and point a few at the speaker cabinet - remember to set the white balance to tungsten
also a camera lens with a good aperature F1.8 - Depth of field (focus) will not be very much at that aperture setting though
My connon xti 10.1 mp takes many out of focus
I think its reqiure to do the focusing adjustent or you can try to clear all camera setting from menu option four. clear both settings and try to take picture and check out of focus problem.
Err 99
err 99 means there is moisture inside of the camera, probably inside the hot shoe
Canon rebel xti digital camera mem. card will not lock into place
It seems that the CF reader mechanical assembly part has loose or out of place an internal part.
It may be caused by excessive force in pushing/pulling a CF memory card, or due to a manufacturing issueof the camera.
The solution is to open the camera, and check what is causing the problem and fix it.
If it's under warranty, I do recommend you to return it. If not, then you will need to pay for its repair, or do it yourself if you have experience, skills and patience in fixing electronic devices.
Such repair will require some philips screwdrivers, a soldering iron, soldering wire, and a st of tweezers.
There are in internet some guides to open and disassembly Canon XT 350D or Rebel 300d cameras. The disassembly process with the XTi 400D is very similar. You can Google fr such guidelines.
Best regards,

How can i print date
you can do that if you're doing direct printing (camera to printer) using the caera transfer settings, or if you want to save them to your omputer, you need to download the photos using the EOS utility (comes with the camera) and add the [date & time] stamp from the software settings
Timer
Press the Drive-Mode/Self-Timer button (on the back, near the upper-right corner of the LCD panel, marked with a one-handed clock). Select the one-handed clock, then use left/right to select a timer option. Start the self-timer by pressing the shutter button.
