My advice is never to use the Self Clean function. We see broken door locks, burnt out elements and fans every week. Even a control board melted a couple of months ago. They actually go up as high as 880'F! This page shows the door lock.

From the information you have provided you are experiencing black soot on your Frigidaire stove top. This could be items from your pan or pot falling and being burnt by the elements. Based on the Frigidaire FPEH3077RF, the SF code indicates that a power failure occurred when the range was set to Sabbath mode. For this range, you press and hold both the Oven Light and Clock buttons for at least 3 seconds to clear the code. If it is a gas range, it has a standard electrical cord and plugged outlet. The first thing to do it to check there is power at the outlet by plugging in an item known to be working, like a kettle. Page 33 has some troubleshooting tips, but nothing about no power at all. IT sounds like a bad burner switch, try replacing it.

Replace it. It has aged out.

No internal fuses on that model. Why did you swap out the temperature probe? Check the power connections are tightly fitted and not making a bad connection.

Never use the self cleaning cycle on those as they always break the the latch and other things. Turn the power off at the breaker and the door latch should release.

If the lamp is OK, the problem could be switch failure.

F3 - Open/shorted sensor (RTD probe) connection. Check the temperature sensor and the wires and plugs between the sensor and the EOC are good, replace the temperature sensor (RTD probe). If the sensor and wiring are good, the EOC would need to be replaced.
