What is F29 error on Frigidaire professional gas range

F29 on all Frigidaire ranges means there is a communication error between the oven user interface and the touch panel. The control can't do the initial communication. This could be related to a wiring problem or a problem with the touch panel or the oven user interface board. Turn off the power to the range for 30 seconds to clear the code. If it returns, check that the wiring harness is fully seated. Check the wires for continuity and make sure that there is no corrosion on any of the pins. If the error repeats, replace the touch panel. If the error still persists, then replace the user interface board. Please add a comment with the model of the range for a parts list/diagram. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Frigidaire Induction Stove Top Keeps Locking

Hi, please make sure that there is a pot or pan on the stove top when you start it. It might be locking as a safety mechanism if it doesn't sense an object ready to be heated. Otherwise, please refer to the troubleshooting section of you manual to help turn off the locking mechanism. Thank you.

My frigidaire oven bake or broil wont heat up stove top is fine

Good Afternoon James, I appreciate your post! Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire range will not bake or broil but the cooktop is working properly. This could be a potential issue with your control panel or elements. Since it could be anyone of these underlying issues I would suggest having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. Having a technician out will prevent any unnecessary part purchases. Best of luck! -Matt

Old model frigidaire self cleaning oven CFEF359CES won't clean. Where can I find a manual for this model?

It actually did you a favour. Week in and week out we see tales of woe where the door won't open, fans have burned out, elements have failed and even one poor gent who had a melted control board on a stove that there were no parts available. Self cleaning ovens which although seem a great idea, supply a steady parts income stream for the maker and revenue for repairers to come and fix. Manual for the 358, yours doesn't appear to exist. https://www.google.com/search?q=CFEF359CES+manual

Why is there black soot on the top of my electric stove top

Hello friend, thank you for your inquiry!

From the information you have provided you are experiencing black soot on your Frigidaire stove top. This could be items from your pan or pot falling and being burnt by the elements. How do I clear the SF code on my Frigidaire professional range

Based on the Frigidaire FPEH3077RF, the SF code indicates that a power failure occurred when the range was set to Sabbath mode. For this range, you press and hold both the Oven Light and Clock buttons for at least 3 seconds to clear the code. See page 27 of the manual, available on the product page: https://www.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/Product-Support/FPEH3077RF#support . The direct link to the manual is currently https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/A02992303en.pdf . On other Frigidaire ranges, you might press and hold the Bake Time and Delay Start buttons to clear the code. I hope this helps. Please post a comment with the model number of your range for other methods to clear the Sabbath mode Power Failure error, if the above methods do not work with your range. Cindy Wells

Hi. My ES510 Frigidaire Gas Range, lost all electric power. I have no Display, ignition and Oven not working. Do you know which parts I should change?

If it is a gas range, it has a standard electrical cord and plugged outlet. The first thing to do it to check there is power at the outlet by plugging in an item known to be working, like a kettle. Page 33 has some troubleshooting tips, but nothing about no power at all. It does have a locking feature. https://content.abt.com/documents/11856/plgfmz96sbk_ownman.pdf https://www.google.com/search?q=ES510+Frigidaire+Gas+Range%2C+no+power ..
