As with most things it depends on how much you are prepared to spend on getting it fixed and how much a new turntable would cost. make sure that the belt is still hooked up under deck

May be a broken belt under the platter.

If it is still under warranty then it's best to get in touch with Crosley and get them to send an engineer out. It's perhaps an out of place switch or broken one.

Loading mechanism fault. Check the loading belt. If it is broken, CD won't eject, or load well inside the mechanism. If loading motor is damaged, this kind of fault can occur.
