As of right now, I know of no solution. A LOT of people are having the same problem, (including me) I am researching it and so far, it looks like a firmware glitch. I am in the process of trying to find a good firmware update to fix this.
Can Not Figure this thing out
I had this problem to but with another music player it is a problem thats common its the driver you need to download and install it. I just checked on Delstars website and they are going to put up the drivers soon to download so just keep checking back when it comes back.

@ person #1: if it just says connect that means it is connected to the computer but is not doing anything but charging... try going to "my computer" and looking for a folder titled removable disk..
windows media player also has an option "copy to cd or device" so if your files are on media player all you have to do is pull them up on the first column and make sure the second column heading says copy to "removable disk".. hope that works for you
@person #2: it's could be your pc that cannot read cds check with a normal cd and see if your computer reads it most cd drivers can hold the little ones.. mine has an imprint of the small cd with the large cd. hope this helps.
Vista + mp4 player= not working! help
I suggest finding a friend with an XP machine. Connect to that one, and if it works, it means Vista does not yet have the correct driver for this player. Dont expect a lot of success with video. Tons of people are not able to play video at all, eventhough it will download to the player fine.

When you connect it to the computer, what do you see? If you see the files in your "My Computer" window, you may have to reformat, or find a firmware update. that is what I am doing.

you must use the amvtransform that is located on the manual driver disk
Volume and changing songs
OK, first try hooking it up to your computer and then find the specific model of your mp4 player and find the "drivers" online, then find a "firmware update" for it. and you might want to check out if there's a reset configuration on it.
