my sand disk shows the sand disk display and turn offs.please give me a solution.

Dear! It is very easy to solve it just install the HP USB format tool after installing it you can access your sandisk sansa and you can also format it.

i had the same thing - and the solution suggested was to insert an sd card in the slot and then turn it on or if you don't have that then (carefully insert the round end of a paperclip). it worked for me but the clip got stuck and i ended up having to break off the ends and all is well now.

there is smoe kind of problem with ur power supply and u should get repaired feel free to ask thank u.
