My computers no longer will sync with our P2.

Check if the cable is connected properly. If it is connected properly then check if the cable is working by connecting the device on a diffrent pc ? As soon as you connect you device to the new pc the system will inform that a new hardware is found, that means that the cable and you device are working fine so there is a problem with the computer. Either it is blocked by the firewall or the drivers are corrupted, if it is corrupted then reinstall the sync and things should work smoothly. Make sure you create a backup and restore points before you reinstall the sync

To delete recorded voice files (singing)from P2

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, etc. from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

My P2 is not recognized by the computer

this problem is due to usb driver not properly installed. do one thing plug that device in another pc and watch whether it is recognised or not. if it recognised then u will have to install usb driver from ur motherboard cd and if not that then u need driver for that device to work properly in ur pc and u get that driver in the device manufacturer cd or website. for this search go to www.google.com.

Loose headphone jack

if there isn't screws to take the MP3 player apart then their are clips on the inside
Unscrew the screws (or if you have clips from the on/off switch use a screw driver to open it. this isn't the most safest way to open it i could break so this is a last opption.)
ussing a sodering iron resoder the conection between the loose headphone jack and the curcit board.

(you can pick up a sodering iron at Radio shack for as low as 10$)

I have a 4GB 2.8

The video must be a MPG (MPEG), AIV, WMV, ASF, SVI, MP3, RM (RMVB), MOV or SMF type of video. If it is not, try and find or download a video converter. Also remember on Samsung Media Studio click menu, enviorment settings, general configuration, my PC and make sure that you have checked in all the checkboxes of video file types.
