How do you reset a frozen player?
Slide the power button on your SanDisk Sansa MP3 player up.
2 Hold the power button on your Sansa in the up position for about 15 seconds. This action serves as a powering down of the Sansa device.3 Wait for your Sansa MP3 player to restart and let go of the power button. Actions taken during your last operation since powering down normally have been deleted and your player is now reset.
Don't know how to use
1. Press Menu button to return to the Main Menu.2. Move to Settings and select it.3. Select Language.4. Select a desired language.
Damneddle I'm still having the same problem
After pressing Menu/Play several times until you see an "Equalizer"
logo, choose it and then scroll down. Choose the one JUST ABOVE the
selection with "FM". You are in Language now. Just scroll until you see

How do i delete a song from the device?
Just Connect it to your Computer using the USB Provided.Once your Done with it, Go to My Computer, Select your Music Player there, Go to Music or Sound File Folder, Just Click on the Song You want to Delete and Delete it....Good Luck!!!!!
I made a mistake and washed my clip!
Try leaving it in a DRY bowl of rice for at least 24 hours. This will help to pull any remaining moisture from the unit. After doing this attempt to power it on without power behind it. If the clip does not turn right on, plug it back in to charge for a while. If this does not resolve your issue, you most likely have a hardware issue and will need to either get the clip serviced or replaced. Good Luck :) Let me know how it turns out

You may want to give more information about what you need. Is it possibly a directional data coupler? Are you referring to a part number inside a Sansa player, or something else?Here's a link to a spec sheet for data couplers including the CA711.
