Poor graphics display

Look there may be many resons i. you have not setted the visual settings properly as per as ur monitor . ii. u might have low RAM or The most possible and in my idea the problem is because of ur drivers. i m facing the same problem due to drivers.follow these steps to rid out of these problems if you are facing problem with your graphics driver then pls first of all uninstall it and then

insert ur driver cd and install graphics's drivers.if you don't have that cd then download it from motherboard site by following ways:-


1. you can get your drivers .
just go to ur motherboard maufacturing site, click on download section click on drivers, enter mother board serial number and download the graphics drivers .
2. If you don't know the motherboard/soundcard drivers name and exact number then connect to internet, uninstall all the old audio drivers. then when pop up window says that new hard driver is found then click it and it will automatically install drivers from net

3. If you want to know about your motherboard drivers, then go to desktop
a. right click on my_computer,

b.then select properties, in properties tab click on the HARDWARE tab,

c.then click on the device manager tab, then select and expand the drivers like sound or video which you want to know.

d. right click on the selected sound or display drivers and select its properties.

e. select driver tab and the driver name and version will be before you.

This will definitely help to resolve the problem

Failure to boot Lenovo J3000.

check 1st a ATX power supply if this a good 2nd remove the memory then make a clean using a paper eraser clean all the pin connectors of memory....

My speakers wont work they appear to be on and theres no sounds coming from them, they are hooked up correct

try with other headphone or spkr to figure it out whether ur spkr is fine or not. Or have u mute the master volumes of your system sound ?

Can't download anything

take it easy man..you have 2 things 2 do..1st check for some malware on your comp.more than sure you have some kind of virus or spyware ..
if you cant detect it just reinstal the operating sistem.
Also you can contact the internet provider to check if there is a central problem.
check the modem/cable/internet  card stiings too.

Can't download/can't access Windows Admin capabilities

THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOUR COMPUTER AND ALL THE WISDOM MICROSOFT SECURITY OPTION MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS THAT PART OF WINDOWS.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR SERVICE FOLDER.

THE OTHERS ARE IN THE CONTROL PANEL, NEED TO CHECK OUT THE NETWORKING AND SHARING FOLDER, NEED TO GO INTO SECURITY AND DISABLE EVERYTHING UNTIL YOU FIX WHATEVERY YOU NEED TO FIX.

THAN YOU NEEED TO GO INTO WINDOWS DEFENDER AND WINDOWS FIREWALL AND DISABLE ALL THEM FILES.

BUT BEFROE YOU DO ANYTHING BACK UP ALL SETTINGS AND FILES, TAKE NOTES ON EVERY THING YOU DO SO YOU DONT FORGET TO TURN SOMETHING BACK ON.

MOST OF THE THING TO NEED FIXING IS IN THE REGEDIT FOLDER

GO INTO CONTROL PANEL AND LOOK UNDER THE FOLDER CALLED DEFAULT PROGRAM AND JUST LOOK TRHEW THE SELECTIONS YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO DO ALL THAT WORK FOR NOTHING.

In Device Manager , what does it say ?  XP ( Right click My computer - Properties - hardware - device Manger - Sound , Video and Game controllers  )  . If you have a 'X' or '!' next to it , could be with the cards or the drivers. Else, could be physical connection.

I guess you didn't make a backup or recovery dic.
the only other choice is check with your firends, see if nay one of them have one. if not, then you have to buy an OEM one from any of the computer store.

Reformat my desktop

Many computers come with a "restore disc". Otherwise it might have come with a windows disc. If you have a restore disc simply put it in and you should be able to follow the onscreen prompts to simply restore it to the setup it originally came with. If you have a windows disc you may need to go through the on screen prompts to install a frsh installtion of windows. During this process if you read all the prompts carefully you will in fact see an option to format the C drive before beginning the fresh isntallation.

Have you tried to reset the password. If not try this, restart the PC and keep pressing F8 until you get the OS Choices menu, select "Safe Mode". when safe mode is loaded click on Administrator and It should go to the desktop but this depends if the Administrator account is enabled or it will not work and there are no known programs that can bypass userinit.exe in vista

NO SOUND DEVICE

u need to check the sound driver on>try this

right click-->my computer-->and properties-->hard ware-->and device manager-->and audio devices-->right click-->properties-->and click-repair-->or trouble shoot>and rebooot teh pc>and try

once u went to the device manager on teh audio device u can see red X mark or some thing which means the driver is not loaded try this rate me solved>
