If you want to download software free of cost then : Click on the Fullf eature software and click on downlaodonly and save it on your Desktop.

If you don't use the printer often it is possible that the ink gets dried inside the cartridge, hence you get the print out with low quality or blurred. We suggest you to use original HP cartridges and keep using the cartridges frequently.

Check that the USB cable is firmly plugged in to the printer and computer. Unplug the power cord both from the wall socket, and the printer. Wait 60 seconds. Re-attach the power cord securely. Power on. Try the scan again.

you can buy an installer cd for it for you to install your printer for you to print

It is require servicing if you can open the cover and apply some lubricant oil on the steel rod it will fix the problem otherwise show it service center.

turn it off...and when you turn it on ...keep the button for on /reset pressed fro about 10 seconds...it suppose to reset it ..and it might work .....also it might be an issue of driver ...so ..reinstall the driver clean ..and gave it a try ..

i appreciate ur interest in fixya i would like to ask when did u purchase this printer and how many times u have chaged ur printer catridge so without any clarification i would suggest u, u need to uninstall ur printer driver and instal it again otherwise u need to service ur printer by any prnter shop...

Try putting in a DIFFERENT cartridge first then back to the refilled one.

HP tried forcing one to install new by imbedding a serial number in the cartridge read by the printer. Once you temporarily change to a different serial number it will accept the old again.

Go to the manufactures website and download the drivers (software needed for your hardware to run) for your printer..drivers usually are free.

When you hooked it up, did you install the drivers BEFORE connecting it? That's a key difference these days, and can cause communication failure. I'd suggest backing up, unhook the device, uninstalling the drivers, reboot, reinstall the drivers and THEN hook up the device.

just take out the cart and clean them with a lint free cloth and then put them back in .. and then check if it gives the same problem . if still it gives the problem then check with another set of cart and if with new cart it works fyn then replace the bad one.. if those cart are in warranty , you will get a free replacement .
