1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Press and hold the Power (on/off) button on your device.
3. While holding the Power button, take out the battery and put it back in.
4. If you see a progress bar (see below), keep holding the Power button.
5. Next, the Palm Powered screen will appear. Release the Power button when you see it.
6. You'll see a screen that asks: Erase all data? YES = "up" button NO = any other button. Press UP on your 5-way navigator to complete the hard reset.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

due to the software problem .install anew software and try

i got the same problem, my phone cant turn on.... when i turn it on it show me the orange circle (palm) and compleat loading then restart loading again and again...... please if anyone knows any thing about this problem just say!

first kwwp ur phone's back cover open and wrap it up in a cushions for 48hrs.
then touch every part of ur battery to the sides of a steel glass having too hot water in it nd then wrap dat battery also into another cushion fast nd keep for 48hrs
then take out, wipe it properly nd then plug nd see.............

The GPS settings in an Omnia i8000 only refer to the GPS device (receiver), not any application. There are no GPS applications preloaded (except for the camera, which can store the GPS location of a picture when you take one, if you have set it up to do so).

If you need GPS navigation software, then you will need to purchase that seperateley. I can recommend CoPilot, which I find somewhat wasier to use than TomTom, and is also a lot cheaper (in the UK). You can find them at:

When I migrated from my Palm Centro (best smartphone ever) to my current BlackBerry, I did the following: 1) Export Palm contacts from the Palm Desktop software to CSV (comma separated values or tab-delimited text) format. 2) Import the CSV file to your Google Contacts account. 3) Wirelessly sync Google Contacts to your new phone using the free Google Sync app (link below). 4) Verify data was transferred appropriately.

You should be able to follow the same process for your Palm Calendar by exporting your Palm Calendar from the Palm Desktop software to a file (save the exported file to your desktop, or an easy to find location on your computer), then import the Calendar file into a NEW Google Calendar, not your primary calendar (in case there's conflicts or problems, you can delete the secondary Google calendar without losing your primary Google calendar items). Google Sync should allow you to choose more than one Google Calendar to sync with your new phone.

My daughter's phone had the same issue of the red charging light remaining on constantly and the phone not booting up....

I something similar happen to a PSP console too.

If you have a Sandisk or other type of expandable data card in the phone... remove it.

Remove the battery for about a minute and put the batter back in...

The data card is probably corrupt and needs to be reformatted.

I did this and the phone booted with no problems.

Just like my PSP.

try clearing up your web history, sms, or unwanted software....on the browser, click on blazer top left corner, click on history and clear all..tested if it doesnt work back up your phone and perform a master reset
