I have a Canon MD120. When we purchased this overseas it didnt come with a cable that would connect from the camcorder to the computer - I'm presuming this is the way to download material to transfer onto DVD format. Where would be the best place to purchase one of these cables?

If you screen is not readable you can do the follong 1 solution is connect the av cables (red,white and yellow) to a tv and see you can see the display options 2. if your screen is damaged you can take it to the store you bought it from for you money back

This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. Try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

You should be able to download a suitable driver from the excellent Canon website. Also, I believe there is a technical support section there which may help you if there is no apparently available driver.

Hi, Please first make sure that there is nothing within the video camera that was accidentally lodged into the space where the tape would fit. Also, please double check that you're orienting the video tape properly when inserting it into the video camera. I would also test different tapes to see if the issue is consistent. Also, you might have to rewind each tape because I think if the tape is at it's end, then it automatically leads to the tape being spit out. Thank you.
