Driver download

Do you really need a driver? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you ca use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

My samsung s630 digital cameral

It's not the camera, it's the memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Cant detec my camera s630 camera samsung on my pc

If I understood this correctly then my answer is:

Your PC won't detect ANY external device that does not supply some kind of driver that allows the computer to recognize it. A CD should have been included with your camera. If it was, insert it into your disc drive on your computer and begin the installation process as well as install your drivers.

No CD? Contact support for a way to get those drivers.

First thing is to not attempt to take any new pictures on that card. Visit: http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec and read carefully to follow the instructions. This is free memory card recovery software.

How do you make the photos small enough to email?

There are many solutions to this, the one I like is to use XN View which is a free software. If you browse your photos with this program, you can right-click on one and choose "Send by Email..." and you get the option to reduce the size to something suitable for mail.

Card lock

There are several possible causes for "memory card locked", "memory card error", or "no memory card". The most common is trying to use a 4GB or higher SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. Other causes include problems with the tiny slide switch on the side of the card, or the electrical contact switch internal to the camera. The problem may also arise from simple formatting problems if the card has never been formatted in the camera (note that this will also erase the card). Troubleshooting tips for this problem may be found at this link.
