Make sure the power plug is secure both to the TV and the wall. Also make sure the outlet is not on a switch. Try and unplug and plug the TV back in. Try a different power outlet. Make sure you are pressing power on the TV itself as the remote may not be working. Otherwise TV may need service, and for this unit I would recommend just replacing it to save cost and frustration.

Panel is bad. Probably cheaper to replace tv than panel.

TV is in need of service if the menu doesnt come up.
