Looking for a replacement transformer for a Cambridge A5 Amplifier
A standard transformer would work just be sure the power rating is equal to or higher the voltage should stay about the same.

740c drawer wont close
This is often a symptom of a worn drive belt for the drawer mechanism. A competent service technician will usually be able to fit a replacement belt.

Cd80 error
It looks like the player is struggling to read an 80minute CD -maybe. This is possible, since the standard size is 74 minutes, and anything longer than that is not guaranteed to be read on all devices. Try once a normal commercial CD, or a short E.P. CD.

Azur 840A Clipping
CLIPPING occurs when the level of sound is way too high. Try changing the speaker-wires -- you may have a short-circuit someplace in the wires that is causing "feedback".

If the amp doesn't have a dedicated phono socket then you will need a magnetic cartridge pre-amp.
