I just have the same problem here in Taiwan. Now it's solved.
First, make sure phone line of your cordless phone is connected. Then, get to the advanced settings and key in default pin number (mine here is 0000), but don't press OK here. At the same time, push the "radial sign" in the center of CD 150 bracket for 3 seconds so it can deliver signals. Meanwhile, press OK button on the phone and if it's working, you will see
"waiting" and not long after that, no more PLS REG H/S.

Does CD 150 model Philips cordless phone work directly on 220 V 50 Hertz ? Does it require an adaptor step down the voltage ?

I've just had the same problem. Just unplug the handet battery, then plug it back in again and you'll find the problem has gone away.

Go to MENU , scroll to and select Answer Machine, scroll to and select Record OGM (OutGoingMessage) and select one of the two options.

The Phillips SE 659 handset bloked and all keys load the phonebook, how ca i restart the normal functions in each key?

Remove the battery cover and see for yourself what battery is inside. Get exactly the same for it. It is just plug and play. You have to uplug the old and plugin the new one. That's all that is required.
