Hi can you assist me to program the Samsung

Since a DCS-24B-LCD is just a phone, it's hard to say. The programming comes from the system, but one set of instructions, like in this manual http://www.wedophones.com/Manuals/Samsung/prostar%20DCS%20Compact/DCS%20Compact%20Key%20Set%20User%20Guide.pdf say to press the TRSF button and dial 110 21 and press TRSF again. Then the ANS/RLS key works to answer and hang up. You can also program a spare button for HEADSET/HANDSET operation. See page 33.

Strip the right side of the above address and you can get the entire Samsung set of manuals available from the site.

I use to be able

Easy settings to reset nothing you should have to call a phone admin for =)
To reset the Internal Autodial buttons (speak to co worker with push of a button) Press Feature * 2, press the button you would like to assign, then the extension (intercom number) of the person you would like that button to dial. That should fix the autodial buttons (the ones you label with names)
To reset the night mode button: Feature * 3 will bring up button programming, then choose the button you want for night mode, then press Feature, then 871 and that should fix your night button.
Enjoy! Let me know if you liked this answer or need and other help!
