The freezer not freezing can be 1 of 2 problems, the first being a defrost issue. If the defrost timer or defrost thermostat are bad they will not activate the defrost heater in order to keep ice from building up on the
evaporator coils. In order to find out if this is your problem, remove the panel off of the inside of the freezer to expose the
evaporator coils. If there is a lot of ice build up, this is your problem. The second problem will be that the compressor is low or out of freon. You will know if this is your problem if the
evaporator coils are only partially frosting, there will be NO ice on the coils if this is your issue. This problem can only be repaired by a certified technician. If it ends up being just a defrost problem you can order the parts to repair it at
