Squuze the bottle to get out trapped air then try again ...turn off and on and squeeze...it will work eventually mine does this often

Have you checked the tiny hole that the spray comes out of. I have one and sometimes it becomes clogged. I take a small needle and run it thru it.

I got pretty good results this way (and mine was trashed): Hot water first. Dry the exterior enough to tape the suction end with duct or electrical tape to get a good seal. fill from the other end with bleach. Shake it around and then let it sit in the sink full of bleach for a few minutes. Then remove tape and flush with hot water. The sides of the window may still have debris, hair, or mildew left over. With hot water running, I would alternately add water, and tap the whole attachment against the side of the sink to loosen it up. I kept doing that until i was happy with the results.

I do not believe you can take apart the dirty water tank

if its not spraying solution there are two possible problems,1. the solution carrying line that runs from the unit along inside the hose could be blocked.2.there mite be a clog somewhere inside the solution tank or leading from the solution tank

The Pumps on these go bad after a couple of months. They rust and will sometimes spray and other times not then eventually not work at all. If your a handy man pull the top off it and remove the pump motor and replace it yourself. The part number is 603-5029 you can put this number in google shipping and get it to your door for about $15 and replace it yourself or have a friend do it. Ebay has tons of them once again just put in the part number and a list of them will come up.

Make sure the collection tank is not full,

that it is seated correctly

the handle is locked upright to ensure a good connection between the tank and the rear cover gasket.

Check for any damage with the collection tank cap.

Check the divert knob is set to the tools setting.

Check the motor duct for suction (To locate, remove the water tank. The motor duct has a rubber gasket that is oblong) with the power on, place your hand over the hole for suction.
