Performance Teknique ICBM-782 Car Audio Amplifier - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
The diagnotics light is on and it will not power
Disconnect tha speakers to the amp and power off amp see if light returns to normal operation. If so could have a shorted voice coil or a speaker wire that is being grounded to the chassis of the vechicle.

Radio lock, how do i unlock it what is the code
I am a Master Installer and have install thousands of amplifiers for 12 yrs and I have never heard of an amp having a radio lock? If your amp dont work just look to see if your fuses are not blown.
No amp that I've heard have a circuit breaker that you can reset. Unless its in the hood of the car. Some people install these cause they dont want to keep buying fuses everytime the amp current is to much but they are usually big in size and not practical to make in a amp. Just look at your circuit breakers in your house they are huge boxes.
If amp is already connected in your car. Go to the hood and find the large fuse connected to your battery. You will see an aftermarket 4guage to 8 guage thick power cable usually blue or red. Inline with it is a tubular fuse holder or a big rectangular fuse holder. Replace the fuse inside it no matter if it still looks good because sometimes internally the connection got bad you can test it with a multi-meter for continuaty. The amp should work again.
Sorry for the long answer but your question has very little info. You have a pic of a amp and your talking about a radio lock. Its possible your having problems with a radio code? specify the radio aftermarket or model & yr of the car please next time.

No knowledge of how to hook two subs which are the
yor subs have dual 6 ohm voice coils from the sound of it-your amp is rated at 650 watts rms at a 1ohm load. The best you can do with the equipment you have is to wire ALL the coils of your subs in parallel and that will give you a 1.5 ohm load for the amp.It should knock the hell outta them with 300 watts on each sub - good luck

Bridge a not bridgeable amp
It will probably blow a fuse or blow up completely.
When the output stages ar not lifted from ground
as is the case in a bridgeable amp bridging cannot
be done.

Diagnostic light
Best thing to do is disconnect all the speakers with no input on the amp turn it on and if its still in protection seek help in the repair of said amp at http://performanceteknique.com.. If the protection light goes out then start to put back on each speaker with no volume and the unit off. if you get to a speaker that makes the unit go into protect then leave on that speaker and disconnect all the rest .. If the protect remains then something with that speaker or wiring is bad BUT if after disconnecting the rest of the speakers that you hooked up then theres is still a power issue with your amp
