Wii console will not eject disk
I managed to eject a WII disc out manually very easily:
- Disconnect the drive
- You see the white plastic mechanism on your right side and the wheel connected to the motor
- turn the wheel towards the back side of the drive while pushing the half inch square plastic piece towards the left.
You will see the disc coming out while you are turning the wheel.

Can't connect to server. Error code 52230 comes up.
Here are some troubleshooting ideas:
Error Code: 52230
Unable to connect to your wireless network
Likely cause: Your router or Internet Service Provider is having difficulty assigning a DNS or IP address to the Wii.
How to fix: Manually assign an IP address and DNS to the Wii.
The address below will show you how to manually assign an IP

Other suggestions:
- Did this connection used to work but has suddently stopped? "Power cycle" your router by unplugging it from the power outlet. Wait a few minutes, and plug the router back in. Wait a couple of minutes for it to initialize, and try to connect the Wii console online and test for proper response.
- Check for wireless interference, which can affect the signal strength to the Wii console.
- What to Do:
- Check the location and distance of your wireless router.
The further a device is from your wireless router, the weaker it's signal strength will be. If your wireless signal has to pass through any walls or floors, this will also weaken the wireless signal strength. Move the router to a central location within your home and as close to your system as possible.
Additionally, if your router is on the floor, moving it to a higher location can improve the signal strength.
- Change the wireless channel your router is broadcasting on.
Wireless routers can broadcast on a variety of channels. Sometimes a specific wireless channel may experience interference from other devices and routers nearby. How to
- Move any metal objects or electronic devices away from your Nintendo system and wireless router.
Metal objects and electronic devices may interfere with wireless signals. If you have any of these, such as filing cabinets, speakers, power strips, glass, or cordless phones, next to your system or wireless router, move them away.
