If you have forgotten your PIN code and entered it more then 3 times and locked your mobile then your Sim card has got locked too and it needs to be replaced .
The best way is to contact your service provider and get the PIN code or if you have you can enter it and restore your mobile.

You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

You can always do the things you says by downloading them from the internet directly if your connection has a internet capability ..or for to download from your phone ...(photos and stuff ) use the bluetooth to pair with your laptop ..but I think the cable is the fastest and the easiest way ..

Verizon phones DO NOT have sim cards they are on a different ONLY VERIZON network.

replace the battery first but most likely your phone got wet.....

try entering last 4 digits of ur phone numbr

The SIM card is usually located inside the phone either next to the battery or under the battery.

You should br able to download them to your phone by going to applicatios or the mobile web.
