Repair of Power Supply Part
Switching power supplies are very tough to repair. Most of them are proprietary and use unusual parts.
Your best bet is to purchase the correct supply and install it yourself.

LAST NIGHT THE PICTURE
Firstly, the extended warranty is a very cheap insurance, because the labor could be as high as $168/hr. Instead of putting $200+ in this unit, I would purchase another with 3-5 yr warranty.

Infrafead eye not working
Could it be the remote?
If you can use the remote on other devices then you can verify it still works, or you might need an IR test card (w.ersweb.com/Infratector.htm).

Cant program rca universal remote to a sansui tv
Unless the designated codes are mentioned for Sansui TV , it might not match. If with an auto selection mode , check to scan to self detect.
If not the model is out of the frequency range available.
