Such problem occurs when the sim or network provider of your sim doesn't support your phone. U might need to have your phone "Open lined". You have to make sure that the card using is new and is not from out of your country. This problem has been solved by turning on the blue ant system then holding down the vol - and vol + buttons simultaneously for 5 secs.

check that the sim card is clean and not damage din anyway. Also check the connections on the blackberry where the SIM goes.

If the problem persists then go back to your network provider and see what they suggest. If they cant help maybe contact blackberry.

The problem is either in the mic contact pads or the mic itself. If you have the tools to disassemble the unit check the contact pads, clean it and lift up the mic terminals to ensure it makes contact with the pads.

1) Download the latest version of the handheld os from your carrier's web site
2) Execute the downloaded file
3) Locate and delete VENDOR.XML from your PC's C: drive
4) Connect the BB and start Desktop Manager

The BlackBerry device is known for its security, so there is no way around to unlock the forgot password.

But only way is, you have to enter the incorrect password 10 times then the device will wipe, and then you will be able to reset the password. However, all data on the device will be lost.

Contact RIM directly, blackberry can only be hard reset and this will remove all the content, your only option is to contact RIM right away and explain the problem, contact a service center, you will probably have to pay for the service far more than some 10 dollars it probably is not possible but there may be a way.

You probably have stolen the phone if you are only willing to pay 10dollars on some online website to get it open. We can't help you here even if you paid more. Get in touch with RIM or forget the files and do a hard reset to get the device open - but loose all the content.
