for a locked blackberry its very easy to unlock it but there is a downside,
all you do is enter the WRONG password 10 times and the phone will reset itself but it will also delete all user information.then it will be unlocked

In this case check the volume of you're Handheld, If it is low, Increase the volume and check still if it is not working you need to walk into the service center to check the speaker of you're Handheld.

the battery is very low that's why. The battery cell is weak such that it cannot be power up with charger. Except you use a desktop charger to wake the battery cell, then you can continue the charging with your charger.

Also you can leave the charger in the mouth of the black berry for some hour as it might still power up the battery.

There is nothing to worry about. Its a battery issue.

The phone is unlocked by cingular and the unlock code will not work with T-Mobile Sim-card.
T-Mobile uses network locking so you have to contact Cingular to enable the T0-mobile sim for you.
When you insert the sim. follow these instructions

• From the menu, select Settings Menu the select Sim Card.
  

• Type in MEPD or (MEPPD for Vodafone Handsets) while holding the shift button on the phone.
  

• Now, you can see the five locking categories listed.

• Then type in MEP2 or (MEPP2 for Vodafone handsets) while holding the shift button/key again.
  

• After that, you have tor release the shift button.

• You will have to insert Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)

• insert the code

• Enter Return/Enter

• The sim should be ready to use.

No, your phone is just fine. The wiping of your phone only reset it back to factory defaults. If your phone was connected to a corporate network and a Blackberry Enterprise Server, it'll need to be reactivated to push your email, calendar, and contacts again. There isn't a way to disable the password of the BlackBerry device without actually knowing the password. Sorry. What will happen is if you enter the incorrect password 10 times the device will wipe itself, and clear the password. Of course, all data will be lost unless you have a backup of it.
