Are you trying to make some call on the phone or trying to get to your phone contact ?

meanwhile, apply the command on the phone one after the other and make sure that the name is not too long.and also make sure number are putted correctly.

Note: if you want to make some calls on the phone or retrieve contact from the phone then you will have to input the name to locate the number from the phone.

However, what your phone was saying simply that the contact you have instructed does not exit in it memory.
