What password ? To unlock, to remove the network lock ??

I've had mine four years now and no one knows the generic unlock code. This includes the village idiots at Virgin Mobile and Assurance Wireless. It's not in any manual nor any of the original documents that came with the phone.

you have to go to setting and then sound setting and scroll down then you can see keypad tone you have to off this

Since you just received a replacement phone under warranty yesterday, I would recommending contacting whoever you received the replacement phone from, whether that be your cellular provider or the Kyrocera company.

Maybe the memory is full.

Open the file manager and see the download folder. From there you can access your photos.
