Why cant i hard reset my kyocera C6740

hard reset
press and hold down the volume down button and power button when the screen comes on release your finger off the volume down button then press the volume down button again
will go to recovery mode
go to wipe data by using the volume down button highlight wipe data press power button to ok it
then go down to yes with the volume down button highlight yes then press power button to ok it will reset it
then it will go back to the writing go to reboot highlight reboot then press power to ok it
will restart the tablet

Hi,
The manual suggests that it does not.
There must be a SIM or it's equivalent, but it must be permanently fixed into the phones main PCB & not interchangeable.
Your local mobile phone shop will let you know if the SIM could be changed & how much it would cost.?

How do you hard reset a kyocera c6745
Try removing the battery on phone while it is still turned on.
Then press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. Reinstall the battery and press the on button and see what happens.
