How do I download photos
if the phone has a usb type hook up on it you should be able to connect it that way if not and you have a slot for a memory card go to a electronics center near you and get an adapter that allows you to place memory card in it and it has a usb conector on it with this u can plug in to usb port on your computer and save pics that way. my dad has on of those adapters he uses it for the same purpose.

How do i get photos off my z500 phone onto my pc
You must be having an PC suite cd.
Install it in your computer and it will recognize your phone once it is connected through USB to your computer.
Then you can just copy the photos from phone and place it in your system folders...
OR
If it has an memory card which can be removed , you can use an card adapter which connects the memory card directly to your computer.
I don't know how to change the message tone or the
U will go to 1- menu / 2-settings / 3- profiles /
4- select / 5- options / 6 -edit / 7- Message Alert tone/
8- select ant tone / but if u wanna select Dedicated tone u will select special tone and select change and select ant tone you want. enjoy with your mobile and nice mob
