The PUK code is related to the SIM card, not to the phone. If the SIM card is different from the one originally provided with the phone the PUK code won't work.

When you lose the PUK code, the only way to retrieve the code is by calling the phone company that released the card inside the phone.

An alternative way to get rid of the PUK code is by using a different SIM card.

Remove off the battery and clean the terminals of the battery and the phone terminals. Now reinsert and swtich on. The phone must trigger on and load. Then you can charge the phone till fully charged. If the phone does not load then you have a problem with the software of the phone.. You will need to get assistance for installaling the software from a service centre,preferably a samsung authorised one.Hope you get thsi right.Good day.

The Samsung E630 has been around for some time and MAY be lucky that unlocking with a code may work.
Try this...

turn on phone,
then enter:
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#, then enter #7465625*638*00000000#
Switch off phone then switch back on again.
If you are lucky your phone will now work with any sim card.
If you are not lucky then I am afraid its a trip to the mobile phone repair shop where they should be able to unlock it via a cable.
