This might not be due to a setting on the phone. It might aactually have to do with the type of plan or features the phone has. for example there can be two exact phones one has the gps service through the cell phone provider and one doesnt. eventhough they are the same phones one will be capable of using the gps feature and the other will not.

try taking the battery out and replacing it after a few seconds...and see if it cycles back on...I have had mine lock into a particular font several times and had to take the battery out so it would reset to factory specs.....hope this helps.

I can hack any razor, both my v3xx, my outside screen has an icon I made, the inside screen does not say at&t and all screens have a custom skin. I can not find any way to unlock these phones
yet. Even in some of the custom firmware,they are not unlocked.
So at the moment this is your only option.

You should have just done a master reset, the best thing is to just go to motorola.com and check your warranty. The only other thing I could suggest is find someone that can reinstall the firmware on the phone.
Sorry,I can not explain it to you how to hack this phone,it is not like the old v3. But someone that knows could do it. Worst case is its not under warranty and you have to see which option is better, pay moto
for repair,(Ask cost) or grab a new one, or a real cheap phone until
you can renew contract. Do not upgrade, you are getting robbed,wait till contract ends.

Sounds like the battery, plug this in your car, or home power adapter,
If the problem still exists, I would say someone tried to hack it that did not know what they were doing. You can check you warranty
at motorola.com unless you can send it back to the seller.
Hopefully you can tell just how new it is when you check the warranty.

You must not have a v3xx, because the v3xx uses a mirco sd card
and the slot is next to the sim card slot.Also the v3xx has a camera,
and there is no option to get this model without a camera.
The v3 does not have a memory card, but has camera also.

If you do find the slot,if you have a v3xx,then go to your menu and then open connection, then open,phone status, then scroll down to
storage devices,open it, should be left top button, pick options,now you should see,details,rename,format, format the card, this should allow the phone to see the card. There are some brands that just don't work with a phone. I have always used kingston. I have around 12 different type's and they have always been a great card.

When you're in a call, there are two buttons on the left side of the phone that control the volume.  Outside a call these buttons control the ringer volume.

Sure, if you connect your phone to the PC with a USB cable, you can access the photos that are on the removable MicroSD card and transfer them to your computer.

If they are saved on your memory card, instead of your phone, you should be able to connect the phone to your PC with a usb cable.  Then you can access the memory card like any USB flash drive.
Alternatively, you can remove the card and put it into a card reader.

This is a result of your inbox and outbox being too full.
If you clean up your messages from your inbox and outbox it should solve your problem

Call your phone company. Sounds defective to me. Have them replace it or exchange it. No insurance required. I did it multiple times. 3 way calling also doesn't work wiht razors lol Sorry your having so much trouble with it, hope I helped you!

Your charging port is damaged, unfortunately. With a damaged handset, your only options are insurance, upgrading, or purchasing with confidence a different handset compatible for your carrier from Ebay, Amazon or Craigslist.

connect the phone to a pc then try to scan your phone for viruses using installed antivirus software in the computer.make sure that the virus definition of the pc that you are going to connect to is updated to avoid any further virus infection

and if it shows up than obviouslt your cards working and the phone knows its there.

if not, a lil trick i found.
Put the transflash card (your lil memory card) into the SD adapter and put it into a camera and take a picture. check and see if the picture is saved on the card. If it is than pop it in your phone and see if you can find that picture. if you dont see it on your camera, its the card.

also if it is listed in your Storage devices.
but for some reason when you take a picture it doesnt save to the memory card?

go into your camera settings and change your storage device to the memory card.

at default it sets your phone as the primary storage, not you memory card.
