This sounds like your phone is defective and your service provider should probably replace your phone.

You have to go to a store who sells cell phones and mostly they can fix it for you or give you a new one for $20- $40 in your phone. I have been to many stores with that price.

Most probably your battery has worn down and needs to be changed.

You can download themes online or from the internet using your phone browser and download it straight to your phone. Second option is using a PC in downloading themes and transfer it to your phone with the use of a v9 data cable or any data cable which are compatible to your phone's port. You can also transfer themes from your PC using devices for wireless transfer...here are that devices: USB Infrared Adapter and USB Bluetooth Adapter...with the use of these devices, u can now download themes to your phone, good luck!

I think, you have tried an online firmware update. Please let it finish. Memory full does not always means the storage is full. At technical world, memory actually means the Ram. You must not keep open many programs. Please try closing them to get free memory.

Unnecessarily opened programs take the memory.

Try going to your phone's organizer then to alarms or can go to where your phone's alarm feature is located....and select recurrent alarm. There you can find the options of the time of the alarm and the day you the alarm to recure....i hope I've give you the right solution for your problem, good luck!

Try taking it back to the shop you bought it from and ask them if they know anything about it. Also google search your phone and see if anyone else has the same problem. I find if i have a problem with anything googling it helps.

The only way to do that is by getting a Memory Card for your phone and transferring the pictures on your phone and moving them to your memory card. You can do this by clicking on a picture then options then move, then move to card. You can buy a memory card at any phone store or at wal mart, target, etc.

Just wondering do you get an option to enter a code in at all? If so then you need to contact your service provider and get the code. Or at worse you will need to send it to Motorola to have the firmware flashed. I hope this helps you, Good Luck

You must reset your cellphone,remember when you going to execute reset all your saved data will gone, you better to saved it.Go to setting then select factory default setting....

I have the same problem as your's mine is also not listed on the List. What I did the first time I configured my MOTORAZR2 V9 is Open the main menu (I hope you do the same) >Select CONNECTION> CHOOSE between BLUETOOTH LINK or USB SETTINGS> In Bluetooth > Select SETUP>SELECT POWER ON. Now you have tour BLUETOOTH ON. USB SETTINGS is more easier all you need is USB TRANSFER DATA CABLE (as I understands it comes with your hand phone as in mine)
