1.Dont drop it in water
2.Dont drop it on hardware
3.Dont drop it anywhere
4.Dont do to much at the same time to make it freeze

place it in sunlight after removing battry......
open from back remove battry& place it in sunlight.............

Some keys won't work
maybe you have a harsh us eof the mobile and this makes it do so
you can get it repaired easily under $50 if it is not under warranty

Battery not charging
this is two different problems you are having .
fuzzy screens is one .
dying battery is another.
need to get both fix .manufacturing warranty i think is two year hurry.

I baught motorazor for Rs.13,000/- for 9 months i
WELL U STILL HAVE WARRANTY COVER.. SO GET IT REPAIRED FOR FREE AND THEN SELL IT AND TAKE MY WORD U R IN INDIA ND IN INDIA NOKIA IS THE BEST.. U BUY A CHEAP NOKIA SET SAY NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA FOR AROUND 5K U WILL HAVE ALL THE FEATURES U WANT AND NO PROBLEMS LIKE U HAVE IN MOTOROLA AND SONY SETS. U EVEN THROW A NOKIA SET ON FLOOR AND NOTHING HAPPENS TO IT.. SO BASICALLY NOKIA IS THE BEST IN INDIA AND ALSO THE RESALE VALUE IS GREAT AS COMPARED TO OTHER

New battery will not work
you most likely have "overcharged" your battery, or your battery isnt working... Buy a new battery

i think your mobile is corrupted or maybe the screen it self is the problem.
bring your mobile to a nearest service center to open it and let them see what is the real problem.
