First Option:mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...just try the following..connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...found out whether it is charging or not...if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...if it charged with usb cable buy a new chargerPlease change Phone Bettery and check the chargingIF Charging Problem not Solved SoSecond Option:Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging ICAnd charging Problem will Solved Quickly

maybe ur phone hangs because memory card of ur phone is full and numbers of data in there in ur phone. can you delete any numbers you dont need or delete messeages

Hi, when a cell phone battery works fine as you said and the cell phone does not come on, it is usually a fault from the board of the phone which the memory of the cell phone.

When the memory of the phone dies, the phone will not be able to power up by itself..

To restore by the phone to it's normal state,you will need to power up the phone by flashing the phone memory that was died..

Flashing the phone will make the phone power on and work normal again.

even after getting internet settings from the network provider and saved it and restarted the Nokia 7710 mobile as recommended , my internet is not working and and it constantly shows ' No network coverage' when the mobile service is working just fine . I also do not find the Network Settings in the Nokia 7710 phone main screen OR Control Panel to Manually set it !

sometimes a very low battery will cause screen-freeze...once fully charged, remove the back cover and pull the battery out for 30 seconds and replace the batt and cover...the phone should power on.

there is a problem with you mobile jack, make sure you are not using duplicate DKU2, try to use another cable installed on new usb port, other than earlier one. try to use any other phone on your pc too.
