If the air that's coming out is still cold, then you're probably fine. If it's running nonstop and it's not cooling down, you might be low on charge. Unfortunately, there's no simple way to check this yourself, and you'll need to call a service tech to verify that that's the problem and fill you back up. General charges (depending on the freon and the company) are somewhere around $100-300 for the visit, then $50-400 for the freon (depending on how much you need and the type).
I have a Windchaser Portable
There is no model with that number listed on their site so it's probably a custom one, made very recently specifically for a chain of stores. In that case this one should be very close to what you have

Here s a link to the Owner's Manual that you can download and print for future reference. Take good care of your unit, as Windchaser went out of business about 4 or 5 months ago. And with it went all the repair parts.So follow all the recommendations for Routine Maintenance listed in the Owner's Manual.
