I am getting F1 message in my Turbo air system, seems it refers to a communication problem. please let me know what exactly it means and how can be fixed, I called the contractor who sold and instated the system but he didn't know how to fix it.

Try the manufacturer they always usually have a spare parts department. You may have to pay for it but better then buying a whole new system. Even send them an email. If it is made overseas then they will have a distributer in your country.

TCL provide a 5 year warranty. i would suggest you contact the nearest Agent. An E2 error from what I remember is an overheat / overpressure problem. Check your filters on the indoor unit. If they are blocked, this error could appear and it wont be a warrantable fault...

Hi there,

It means that the thermostat unit of your air conditioner has gone bad.
You might have to contact the manufacturer of the unit for a replacement part and service.
If it's still under warranty they will be able to do that for free, if not then you may have to pay for it.

You can also contact a local aircondition technician and most of the time they offer both thermostat replacement part and service.
