Disconnect the power for 5 minutes, if that doesn't reset it then you may need professional help to diagnose it.

Sounds like a poor install. If the hoses aren't collected correctly heat from water could cause expansion therefore looser doors and hinges. Make sure the water connections are tight and then check the screws at the bottom of the door. you shouldn't need a pro to fix.

Error 1h means 1 hour delay and I don't think this is fault. To remove this error you can press and hold the AIR DRY/RINSE ONLY button for 15 seconds or leave the unit unplugged for 1hour which will solve the issue. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

The sink pipes may be backing up or the washer outlet hose non return flap is not working anymore & water is back flowing into dishwasher.

Mine has been doing the same thing for about 2 months now.. I tried Finnish brand diswasher cleaner, but to no avail. Try this:

1) Empty your dishwasher, then take out the lower rack.

2) Start a regular cycle. Wait until you hear the jets turning, then open the door. Make sure there is enough water in the bottom - It should be just UNDER the heating element.

3) If your dishwasher is getting enough water, Reset your washer and allow it to drain.

4) Go to the store and get a gallon jug of white vinegar. Start your dishwasher on a regular cycle.

5) Once you hear the jets turning, Open the door and add FOUR CUPS (liquid measure) of white vinegar to the water in the bottom. Let the wash cycle complete.

6) When the wash cycle drains, the rinse cycle will fill. Once the rinse cycle starts, add ANOTHER FOUR CUPS of white vinegar to the first rinse cycle.

7) Allow the first rinse cycle to drain. Let the second rinse cycle complete normally.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but it REALLY DID work for me, this evening as a matter of fact! I also bought some hard water/soap film detergent additive from the store. It was kind of expensive, but I'm using it for a while just in case.

I hope this helps. Like I said, I couldnt believe it when my dishes came out clear again! Also, I turned OFF the heated dry cycle, and just opened the door and pulled out the racks when it was done.

Good Luck!

You should try running a load with 4 cups of white vinegar and no soap through the unit. This should help remove some of the soap scum and build-up that has accumulated. Hope it helps _MJ_

You will need to disconnect appliance from power, to access the pump hose located in the lower side of the tub, and to undo the pump hose, so to remove eventual blockage.

If there is no blockage, then the impeller pump may need replacement.

If the drain system works, but you get some water after draining, Check also the water level sensing device.

You usually have a floater sensor, and often a pressure switch located on the drain system.
