Fridge making burbling noises
This could be two things, i have had fridges get louder with age, its the refrigerant returning to the compressor after condensing, but it could also be because its low on refrigerant. If the fridge is cooling normally and not having an issue getting cold then i would just leave it alone until it has further issues. Most places don't service them anymore, if your really really lucky you might find an appliance repair place that can send a tech out to check the refrigerant on the fridge, but the rule of thumb unfortunately is they are a sealed system, and if they get low its because they have a leak, and the leak is usually due to seals wearing out in the compressor, and a new compressor costs more then a new fridge!
FREEZER IS TO COLD, REFRIGERATOR TO WARM
if you can; find the vent(s) between the top and, bottom boxes (where the evaporator fan is located: closing these vents makes the freezer colder and, the refrigerator warmer, opening these vents the reverse is true.

My frigidaire refrigerator has a new thermostat but it is running constantly-what would the problem be
Good Morning Friend,
I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRT17G4B, has a new thermostat in it and is running constantly. I suggest checking the seals around the doors to make sure they have not been damaged in any way. Also, check to make sure that the doors are closing all the way. Lastly, make sure you are not leaving the doors open for long periods of time as this will cause your refrigerator to run more. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
-Best Regards-

Shelves are not the right size
Hello Mary Jo Lang - From doing a little research, and going on Frigidaire's site at the bottom of their page where it states "Recalls" it does not show that any shelves issue on refrigerators was affected on any recall list. However, in this particular case I would strongly suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
Water leaking into the bottom of refrigerator
Hello - There are a few reason for this issue to occur, for example the refrigerator could have a crack in the defrost pan, a defrost drain line blockage, or a leak from the water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker (if you have a side-by-side refrigerator). Try confirming that the vales are tightened. If the connection is still leaking, turn of the water supply line to the water valve and take the connection apart. You can try using Teflon tape when retightening the connection to ensure a good seal. If these suggestions prove to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately.
Frezer works not frig
Contact a professional to check if there are any restrictions between the freezer and refrigerator unit. The freezer should drop cool air into the refrigerator portion to help cool it down. Is the compressor running and do you feel it being hot?
Refrigerator does not get cold
ou need to check to make sure the evaporator fan is working. If it is remove the freezer back to look at the evaporator to make sure it is not frozen over. If it is you have a defrost problem. when the coils on the evaporator get all frosted over air can not move over the coils for the fan to circulate the air through out the compartments so the fresh food section will get warmer while the freezer will be cold. you will need to defrost the evaporator to be able to check the treminator and the heater. to do that you will need to turn the timer thats is located in the fresh foo section usually in back of the thermostat. there may be a removable plug to expose the dial to turn it manually. use a flat blade screw drier to do that. it will only turn one way. as soon as you hear a click stop. the compressor and evaporator fan should stop running. now you can check to see if the heater will come on. if not you will need a volt meter to check the terninator heater and to make sure the defrost timer is all good. you should have 120v at the heater. if you do ohm out the heater to make sure it is ok. most times if it is a defrost problem check the terminator first thats the round disk with 2 wires on it. if it is not closed the heater will not come on.check it out and you should find if there is a problem with the defrost cycle. if you turn the timer untill you hear it click again and the fan and compressor should be running. when you remove the freezer cover and you find the coils are only frosted at the top or just a verry little, you may have a leak in the sealed system and that would be why there os por cooling. you would need to call for service if that is the case. hope this help you some
