Does the Adapter Work? Is it Powering the Tablet? If not, it's Probably Bad, Test it. Try the same Type of Adapter, Process of Elimination. Reset Tablet? If it is Defective, Contact the Company and have them Replace it. If the Adapter is Working, could be the Tablet.

Try this factory reset from androidtablets.net, (Pressing Vol (-) and Power together). The first time I held them down with the machine on, the light changed color then went off. The second time I held them down with the machine off and it started as normal. I'm not sure which worked I'm just glad it did.
