answered on another appliance site..
the F13 indicates that you have an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) error in the clock control board of the range. You can unplug/turn off breaker to the range for 1 minute and then plug/switch it back on. This too may possibly fix the DR.. maybe?!

Good morning, try plugging the unit into a regular outlet. GFI outlets are notorious for tripping when used with large appliances. They are very touchy for safety reasons. A large current draw could be interpreted as a short and will trip. Hope that helps.

These ovens have notoriously bad control panel electronics. There is one control board for the oven that can be replaced or sent out for repair, $100 to $300.

The clock display works on 120 volts but the burners and oven require 240 volts. I would check the breaker or the receptacle to see if they're bad. They may be supplying only 120 volts. One more less common problem could be the terminal block on the range where the power comes in. Very rarely they will melt. BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE RANGE if you have to check the terminal block. Hope this helps.

I don't find a user manual for your oven online. I suggest you call the Frigidare company and ask if they have an owner's manual for your model.
